Intellectual Property Protection
Intellocore Pte Limited respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. This section outlines procedures for reporting and addressing intellectual property violations.
Filing a Copyright/IPR Complaint
If you believe content on PruTAN infringes your copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, submit a formal complaint to info@intellocore.com including:
Required Information
- Your Identity: Full name, address, email, phone number
- Authority: Electronic or physical signature confirming authorization to act on behalf of the IP owner
- IP Description: Detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property
- Infringing Material: Specific identification of the infringing material, including URL or location
- Good Faith Statement: Declaration that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized
- Verification: Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate and you are authorized to act
Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed due to an IPR claim and you believe it was an error, submit a counter-notice to info@intellocore.com including:
Required Information
- Your Signature: Physical or electronic signature
- Material Details: Identification of removed material and its original location
- Error Statement: Declaration under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Contact Information: Your name, address, email, phone number
- Jurisdiction: Statement that you consent to Singapore court jurisdiction
Our Response Process
Upon IPR Complaint
- We review the complaint for completeness and validity
- We investigate the alleged infringement
- We take appropriate action (content removal, account suspension/termination)
- We notify the affected user of action taken
- The user may submit a counter-notice
Upon Counter-Notice
- We review the counter-notice for completeness
- We notify the original claimant
- We reinstate the material unless the claimant files legal action
- We may request additional information from either party
Account Termination Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights. Multiple substantiated complaints result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Permanent ban from PruTAN
- Loss of all content and data
⚠️ Penalty for False Claims: Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in legal liability under intellectual property laws. Submit claims only if you have legitimate grounds to believe infringement has occurred.
Good Faith Requirement: All IPR complaints and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith. We investigate all claims, and false or frivolous claims may result in legal action.
Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise regarding IPR claims:
- Both parties may request mediation through our dispute resolution process
- Unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration or litigation in Singapore courts
- Legal costs may be awarded to the prevailing party
Protecting Your Own IP
To protect your intellectual property on PruTAN:
- Maintain records and timestamps of your original creations
- Include copyright notices (© Year, Your Name/Company)
- Regularly monitor for unauthorized use of your content
- Promptly report detected infringements
- Consult legal counsel for significant IP matters
Third-Party Content
PruTAN may use third-party materials, services, and open-source software. All are subject to their respective licenses. We warrant that inclusion of third-party materials does not prevent you from exercising your license rights regarding PruTAN.
