This policy applies to all PruTAN Services used for transmitting bulk or commercial emails ("Covered Services"). You must comply with this policy to use Covered Services. Violations result in account suspension or termination.
Requirement for Express Permission
Core Principle: Do not use Covered Services to send emails to anyone without express, documented permission to receive them on that subject.
What Constitutes Valid Permission
Express permission includes:
- Email submission via website form or product registration
- Voluntary newsletter subscription with confirmed opt-in
- Participation in contests or surveys with stated consent
- Opt-in checkbox (must be unchecked by default)
- Business card or contact info provided at industry events
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
You MUST:
- Have documented, verifiable permission from every recipient
- NOT use purchased, rented, or borrowed email lists
- NOT collect email addresses from public sources (websites, directories)
- Ensure accurate email routing (From, To, domain information)
- Use accurate subject lines representing the message content
- Include one-click unsubscribe mechanism in every email
- Honour unsubscribe requests within 10 days
- Include your valid physical mailing address in all emails
- Clearly identify messages as advertisements or promotional content
Permission Verification
We may require you to prove permission at any time. Inability to provide documented consent results in immediate account suspension.
Violations & Consequences
Violations of this policy result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Loss of all service access and data
- Potential legal action
⚠️ Critical Notice
We take spam violations extremely seriously. We will terminate your account immediately upon discovery of unauthorized email sending. This policy is enforced with zero tolerance.
